If someone is unfortunately taken ill away from their usual place of residence, the NHS allows those patients to register as a Temporary Resident with a GP in the area they are visiting. A Temporary Registration Form will need to be completed . You will need to supply the full details of the GP you are registered with at your usual place of residence.
