You can order a repeat prescription.
1. By completing the B sheet on your prescription and handing it into the surgery.

Please allow 48 working hours from the time you place your order until you collect your prescription from us. If you ask us to deliver your prescription to a chemist, please remember that the chemist will need additional time to make up your prescription.
We now have a dispensary and are allowed to dispense medication to patients living outside Lydney and more than one mile from a chemist. All telephone enquiries regarding prescriptions and emergency repeat prescription requests should be made on 0844 477 8645. Our dispensers Angela and Anne will help you with your enquiries.
Patients needing medicines urgently should ask for an urgent appointment or telephone consultation with a GP. If the practice is closed, patients should call NHS Direct or the Out of Hours service via our usual telephone number.
