How to navigate this site
The 'Contents' list, just to the left-hand side, contains the main categories of our site. Clicking on one of these will take you to the appropriate page.
For example, clicking on the 'News' category on the left will list the news items. Clicking on any of the news items on the page will take you to that page and give you further information.
You can switch to a fresh category any time you like by clicking on it in the 'Contents' list.
Searching the site
If you want to search the whole site for particular information you can use the 'Search' box on the right of this page. Type in the word or phrase you are looking for and click on 'Search' (or press the [Enter] key). You will be presented with a list of pages containing the word or phrase you entered for you to choose from.
